Welcome to LovernaJ Sounds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our professional audio equipment and musical instruments. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Technical Specs: While we provide detailed specifications for items like mixers, amplifiers, and keyboards, we recommend contacting our support team for specialized installation requirements.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may include limiting quantities per person or household.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via M-Pesa and other approved digital methods.

  • Commitment Fee: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable commitment fee of KSh 500 is required to secure the shipment and cover partial logistics. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Estimates: While we aim for fast, nationwide delivery 1–3 days, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Professional equipment is subject to the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturers (e.g., Yamaha, JBL, Crest Audio).

  • Limitation of Liability: LovernaJ Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or professional installation services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

6. User Comments and Feedback

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
