At LovernaJ Sounds, we are committed to ensuring your professional audio gear and musical instruments reach you safely and promptly. We offer reliable delivery services across Kenya, designed to handle delicate equipment with the utmost care.

1. Shipping Rates & Benefits

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery for all orders totaling KSh 250,000 or more.

  • Standard Rates: For orders below KSh 250,000, shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/volume of the equipment.

  • Nationwide Coverage: We provide fast, countrywide delivery to all major towns and cities within Kenya.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Nairobi & Environs: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Outside Nairobi: For regional deliveries, please allow 1 to 3 business days depending on your specific location.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress through our Track Order page. You will need your Order ID (found on your receipt or confirmation email) and your billing email address to view the status of your shipment.

4. Delivery Requirements & Inspection

  • Safe Receipt: Please ensure a responsible adult is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

  • Immediate Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting your equipment upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the product, please contact us immediately at lovernajshop@gmail.com or via our support line.

  • Commitment Fee: For certain long-distance deliveries or high-value items, a small shipping commitment fee (typically around KSh 500) may be required before dispatch.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Outside Nairobi: You have a 2-day right to cancel or return your order without justification, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Nairobi: A 3-day cooling-off period applies for returns within the city.
